Can you avoid being curious?  Being curious is natural and sometimes necessary. Businesses and individuals are curious about the factors that will stimulate growth, success, achievement and development. Curiosity can lead us to discover new information, answer long standing questions, and provide solutions to problems; but it will not facilitate objective interpretation and evaluation of information, nor the development of systems to enhance understanding about various subjects.

Elora Consulting believes that curiosity is an essential characteristic of a researcher, and like Zora Neale Hurston, we see “research as formalized curiosity. It is poking and prying with a purpose,” which leads to the right questions being asked and answered.
